Swiss Electric On-road Championship Rd1 – Report

Round 1 of the Swiss Electric On-road National Championship was held in Chiasso, in the Italian part of the country. More than 50 drivers signed in for the four classes of Touring Modified, Touring Stock, Swiss GT and Formula. In the premier Touring Modified class it was Michele Manzo who took the TQ and he would also walk away with the win after the triple A-mains, taking the victory in front of Fabian Widmer and Antonino Mangiaracina.

In Pro Stock Simone Leonardi came out fastest after the qualifiers and he would also take the overall win after the A-mains with Nicola Di Palma in 2nd and Giuliano Marra 3rd.

The popular Formula class saw Leo Bottinelli walking away with the TQ and win from Daniel Ghirlanda 2nd and Filippo Botti 3rd.
