Protoform ’68 Mustang body & VTA wheels

Protoform have introduced new parts for VTA racers in the form of the 1968 Ford Mustang body shell as well as new VTA wheels. Starting with the body shell, the Mustang sports the signature fastback roofline, an aggressive stance, the iconic hood and pillar vents, and it is made using the latest molding technology to form the body from single piece of polycarbonate. This does away with the usual add-on front or rear clips to assemble, making for a lighter and more rigid body. The Mustang meets all VTA class rules, it comes with a detailed decal sheet, protective overspray film and window masks.

As for the VTA wheels, the front 26mm and rear 31mm variants come in an old school 8-spoke design, they are made from durable nylon material and they are usable with Protoform VTA or HPI Vintage tyres. The front wheels feature a 0mm offset while the rear wheels measure at +6 to fill the rear fenders of VTA bodies.
