Danish Electric On-road Nationals Rd2 – Report

Round 2 of the Danish Electric On-road Nationals was recently held in Vejle. The Touring Modified class saw Xray’s Mike Gosvig dominate as he took all three qualifiers and finals to make a clean sweep. Patrick Danielsen (Xray) was not able to keep up with Mike’s speed and finished all races about three to five seconds short of Gosvig’s time, however he was able to take the runner-up spot after the finals in front of Yokomo’s Frederik Hovgaard.

4. Patrick Hornum – Awesomatix
5. Mike Hansen – Schumacher
6. Morten Iversen – Schumacher
7. Johnny Andersen – Schumacher
8. Michael Hovgaard – Yokomo

In the Touring Stock class it was Patrick Folman (Awesomatix) with the win while 2nd placed Mike Gosvig (Xray) had to cope with fading overall performance in the finals which was possibly due to his tyres not being the best. Xray’s Kevin Nielsen rounded out the podium result in 3rd.

In the Formula class, that had to cope with the tracks raising grip levels, it was Michael Johnsen with the TQ and win.
