Exotek titanium Puck bones & B64 81T spur gear

Exotek have introduced new titanium Puck bones for MIP bi-metal driveshaft systems as well as a heavy duty 81T POM spur gear for the B64 buggy. Starting with the driveshaft dog bones, they are available as 76mm front bones for the Team Associated B64 buggy and also as shorter 67mm bones for the TLR 22 4.0 and AE B6 67mm CVA/hub/axle sets. At half the weight of steel and twice the strength of aluminium the driveshaft dogbones increase durability and reduce wear and tear. The replacement parts for the MIP bi-metal bone puck sets are machined from polished and laser-etched Ti 6-4 titanium and they come as pairs and separately for the front and rear of the buggy.

Also new is the extra heavy duty machined POM Delrin spur gear with hardware for the B64 centre gear diff. Designed with a thicker mounting base but same teeth width and size as the stock 81T spur which eliminates the problem of the soft stock gears flexing and stripping out under high load race conditions. The gear includes mounting hardware and an instruction sheet, but bolts right on to the stock gear diff.
