Catalan 200mm Championships Rd6 – Report

The sixth and final round of the Catalan 200mm Nitro Touring championship was held at the quick and spectacular Cerdanyola Modelcar track in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain. The qualifiers were dominated by Sergi Franch, however the semifinals saw Jaime Lacuesta and Enric Piqué coming out on top. The main final then had Alex Garcia taking the win after some issues for Sergi while Jaime Lacuesta and and Jordi Ortuño rounded out the top 3 results.

Top 3 results:
1. Alex Garcia Aguilera – Mugen
2. Jaime Lacuesta Catalán – Xray
3. Jordi Ortuño Gavaldà – Mugen

Overall in the championship it was Sergi Franch (Mugen) with the win from Abel Pascual Sanmartí (Capricorn) and Jonathan Pastor Sánchez (Mugen) in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
