JBRL Electric Series Rd3 – Report

Round 3 of this year’s JBRL Electric Series was held at SDRC Raceway last Saturday. The event kicked off with practice on Friday while on Saturday two qualifiers and single main events would be held. In the 2WD Open Buggy class it was Tommy Hinz with the win, coming from the 4th spot on the grid. Mason Eppley would end the day on the 2 spot from Chris Jarosz 3rd.

Over in 4WD Open Buggy it was Mason Eppley with the win from Ron Devoll in 2nd. Tommy Hinz, who had a rough A-main, ended on the 3 spot after a great recovery.

In the 13.5 wheeler class Austin Zeppin took the win from Wayne Wyrick 2nd and Andrew Smolnik 3rd and also in 17.5T 2WD Expert Austin Zeppin came out on top of things as Wayne Wyrick and Kyle Defatte rounded out the top 3 results.
