O.S. introduce new R21 Euro Spec & T-1203 engines

During the recent All Japan Model Hobby Show in Tokyo, Japan, O.S. Engines have introduced their forthcoming new Speed R21 Euro Spec and T-1203 on-road engines. Now more details and first official images have been made available. Starting with the 3.5cc R21 Euro Spec, the power plant was developed especially for large European-style tracks with long straights as the updated piston, port and crankshaft timing will improve the peak performance which is needed for power-hungry tracks. Furthermore the long-stroke engine comes with a redesigned cooling head for easy recognition and it is available as a combo set including the M2001SC manifold and T-2080SC exhaust pipe from October.

The second new engine is the Speed T-1203 that is based on the popular T-1202. The 1203 power plant for the 1/10th 200mm Touring class features several updates that result in lower fuel consumption and increased torque in the low to mid RPM range, making the engine ideal even for high-bite tracks, while a changed outer cooling head diameter ensures the engine is less sensitive to ambient temperature changes. The engine is available separately or including the T-1070SC exhaust and M1006SC manifold from January 2019.
