2018 XRS Alpe Adria finale – Report

The final round of the 2018 Xray Racing Series Alpe Adria was held at the Tolmin track in Slovenia with entries from Austria, Croatia, Italy and Slovenia. The race was held in Touring Stock 13.5T XRS, Formula, 1/8th IC Track as well as 1/8th GT classes. In 1/10th Touring it was Alojzij Osvald who took the day’s win in front of Zeljko Selman. Patrik Pozgaj rounded out the all-Xray top 3.

As for the overall championship it was Gabriel Benvenuti who led an all-Xray top 4 from Alojzij Osvald on the runner-up spot. Patrik Pozgaj and Zeljko Selman ended tie on points with the better end for Partik, who snatched the 3 spot overall.

The Formula class was won by Stefano Sinopoli from Roberto de Vecchi and 3rd placed Claudio Ziani (all Xray). In the overall championship it was Stefano Sinopoli with the title from Roberto de Vecchi and Claudio Ziani.

The 1/8th GT class saw Fabio Callegari (Xray) taking the win at the final round from SWorkz’s Herfried Pucher and third placed Denis Mlivic (JQRacing).

The championship was also by Fabio Callegari (Xray) from 2nd placed Denis Mlivic (JQRacing) and 3rd placed Sanjin Svetlicic (Serpent).

Finally in the 1/8th IC Track category it was Nejc Mihelic who won the race in front of Valentin Mis and Bjan Miklozic for an all-ARC 1-2-3.

As for the overall championship it was Valentin Mis from Nejc Mihelic and Anze Setina, again making it an all-ARC top 3.
