HPI Racing have announced the release of their new WR8 Flux Ken Block Gymkhana Ford Fiesta ST RX43 1/8th scale electric-powered RTR rally car. The colour-shift Fiesta ST RX43 racer starred in Gymkhana 8, Terrakhana, and Gymkhana GRiD and it is now also available in a 485mm long replica, capable of speeds near 100km/h. Underneath the replica Ken Block Ford Fiesta ST RX43 body, the WR8 Flux chassis is based on the HPI Bullet RC monster truck, which means it’s massively tough and can take a real beating on- or off-road. The car is powered by a 4000KV brushless motor and waterproof 3S-capable speed controller, delivering power through tough metal gear differentials and the fully ball bearing-supported 4WD shaft drivetrain of the Bullet monster truck. A rally-style suspension geometry, custom-designed shock towers and dampers, plus extra-thick sway bars ensure extra control that is further helped by semi-slick tarmac tyres and replica fifteen52 TurboMac wheels.
