Axial Wraith 1.9” RTR scale rock crawler

Axial Racing have introduced their new Wraith 1.9” ready-to-run scale rock crawler. It builds on a refined chassis with increased ground clearance, new skid plate and lower rails. A front battery mounting location and a chassis-mounted steering servo as well as single-piece AR44 axles, adjustable oil-filled shock absorbers as well as licensed S30 compound Nitto Grappler tyres are also part of the package as are a detailed polycarbonate body shell with plastic scale details such as the grill and radiator. Two large LED headlights make for visual impact as does the replica V8 engine receiver box under the hood.

– Four wheel shaft with WB8 HD Wildboar front and rear driveshafts with updated design
– Dual slipper design with pad on each side of spur gear to increase surface area, 32-pitch gearing for high-torque applications

– AR44 single piece high-pinion gear axles 6mm above centre for added ground clearance and better driveshaft angles
– 540 size, 35T brushed, integrated cooling fan motor
– Spektrum STX2 2-ch radio
– Dynamite AE-5L speedo with LED head light and tail light output
– Tactic TSX45 151oz/in high torque, metal gear, dual ball bearing, chassis mounted steering servo
– Receiver box accessed under hood, shaped like a V8 engine
– Multi-link solid axle, 4-link design suspension for rear optimised to reduce axle steer and torque twist
– Oil-filled clear coat polished aluminium body King shocks with precision machined pistons, pre-load tuning, and ride height adjustable
– Moulded polycarbonate body with moulded plastic grille, moulded inner fender wells keep dirt from entering chassis
– Licensed Nitto Grappler, large block tread, sticky R35 firmness compound tyres
– KMC Machete XD229 wheels, mounting Bead Diameter 1.02″ (26mm) wide, outer diameter 2.12″ (53.9mm), plastic construction with satin
silver finish
