Harder & Lamberts win at Danish Off-road Nationals Rd5

Round 5 of the Danish 1/8th Off-road Nationals was held in Bjæverskov last weekend. The sunny and hot summer weather made for some great racing and after Sunday’s 1/8th Nitro Buggy qualifying it was Pelle Culmsee with the overall TQ from Daniel Bubel in 2nd and Peter Harder on the 3 spot. The 45-minute A-main final then saw Xray’s Peter Harder coming out on top with a 12-seconds margin on Serpent’s Nikolai Lamberts who had the pace to match Peter but suffered a couple of mistakes and an additional stop for fuel. In 3rd it was Xray’s Daniel Bubel who would round out the podium.

In the Nitro Truggy class, run on Saturday, it was Nikolai Lamberts with he overall TQ and he would also claim the win in the 45-minute A-main some two laps in front of Jan Hansen. Julie Mikkelsen would end the day on a popular 3rd place.
