Xray Racing Series Australia Rd3 – Report

The Xray Racing Series Australia round 3 took place under control of the Whalan club. With the rain forecast it was always going to be a hit and miss weekend, right up until Sunday morning the event had rain forecast but somehow it decided to stay away. The racing didn’t disappoint as both 13.5T Touring and 1/12th scale came down to the last final and the very last corner. In 13.5T Touring it was Peter Wong (Yokomo) with the overall from Damien Zarb (Yokomo) in 2nd and Nathan Tanti (Xray) in 3rd.

21.5T Stock Touring had Ray Zarb (Xray) walking away with the silverware from Brendan George (Xray) 2nd and Jake McKee (Yokomo) 3rd. Finally in 1/12th Stock it was Brendan George who would hold the upper hand, leaving behind Andrew Curless and James Turner in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
