The 1/8th nitro main final was a close affair between Germany’s Andreas Giesa, 3-times Korean champion Kiyong Hong and Jaekook Yoo with the top 3 finishing within one lap. After 40 minutes Andreas saw the checkered in first position about five seconds in front of Kiyong. Jaekook completed the podium another two seconds down.
