Lautenbach doubles at LRP Offroad Challenge Leonberg

The LMC Leonberg track in the south of Germany played host to a round of the LRP Offroad Challenge last weekend. Schumacher’s Moritz Lautenbach was in control of things in the qualifiers, taking the overall TQs in both 2WD and 4WD Buggy. The 2WD A-mains then saw Moritz taking wins in A1 and A3 for the overall while SWorkz’s Micha Widmaier won A2 to make things interesting for the final A-main. However with another win it was Moritz to seal the bag with Florian Kappes (Team Associated) coming in 3rd to round out the podium.

Over in 4WD Buggy Moritz would take wins in all three A-mains, leaving behind Michael Lepuschitz (Schumacher) in 2nd and Florian Kappes (Team Associated) in 3rd. In the Rookie class Moritz’s brother Raphael took the overall TQ and wins in A2 and A3 for a maiden overall win from Kevin Schlereth in 2nd and Adrian Furtwängler in 3rd.
