7075 Special Parts from Italy have introduced first option parts for the Xray T4 2020 touring car. First up is a low centre of gravity aluminium main chassis that allows for easy placement of balance weights using single screws. Machined cut-outs enable the racer to position optional brass weights which not only adds to the overall appearance but the weights are also secured in a much safer manner compared to just using tape to securing them to the chassis. The main plate comes machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium, it sports a black surface coating for wear and it is available separately or including a set of low-profile brass balance weights.

Next up are the new Free Flex battery holders, a system machined from aluminium that allows to do away with the standard battery tape in favour of a quick release system. The set includes battery locators as well as adjustable battery tabs that only slightly touch the battery from above, allowing for quick and easy battery removal by undoing a single screw. In addition – by scrapping the battery tape – the system also prevents the chassis from becoming tweaked which makes for more natural chassis flex. The set includes adjustable front and rear battery holders that are usable with standard and low-profile batteries and the set fits the 2020, 2019 and 2018 variants of the Xray T4. Swinging over to the brass site of things, 7075.it have introduced a 33g brass receiver and transponder holder that allows to add a substantial amount of weight where it is needed the most while acting as a battery stopper at the same time. Fixed by a single screw and incorporating a built-in 0.5mm shim the holder allows for floating mounting of the receiver and transponder. Last but not least are 5g under battery weights that fit right into the machined pocket opposite of the motor pocket. The plate is available for the aluminium and carbon fibre chassis.
