Yli & Luhta crowned 12Track Tour champions

The Finnish 12Track Tour series concluded last weekend with rounds 3 and 4 being hosted by the Ospa Ry club in Oulu. At round 3, held on Saturday, it was Vesa Yli (Destiny) with the win from Panu Vehniäinen (Destiny) in 2nd and Sami Munck (CRC) in 3rd while over in 13.5T GT-12 it was Miikka Luhta (V-Dezign) with the win from Miika Laurila (Destiny) in 2nd and Janne Valtanen in 3rd.

At round 4, held on Sunday, it was again Vesa Yli with the Modified class win from Panu Vehniäinen and Sami Munck while the 13.5T GT-12 class had Miika Laurila taking the win from Miikka Luhta on the runner-up spot and Janne Valtanen again rounding out the top 3.

Overall in the 1/12th Modified championship and with three of the four rounds to count, it was Vesa Yli (Destiny) with the overall title from Panu Vehniäinen (Destiny) in 2nd and Sami Munck (CRC) in 3rd. Sami Salmela (CRC), Leo Hongisto (Schumacher) and Tuukka Tiainen (Schumacher) completed the overall top 6 result.

In 13.5T GT-12 Miikka Luhta (V-Dezign) did great by dominating the first three races in style and securing the title before the final round. Behind him, Janne Valtanen (Schumacher), Eemeli Anttonen (V-Dezign), Juha-Matti Heikkala (Destiny), Jaakko Huhmarsalo (Destiny), and Tommi Tirroniemi (Xray) rounded out the top 6 overall championship result.
