Smith & Callan win at Schumacher Masters Rd7

This past weekend was the seventh and final round of the Worksop Masters series. The race format was round by round qualifying, with the best 2 results from 4 rounds of qualifying counting towards the final position. The Worksop team once again provided a fantastic track layout for this event. In 2wd qualifying, it was Tommy Hall who took TQ and would therefore line up on pole. Ben Smith would be 2nd and Edward Callan would line up in 3rd.

In 4wd qualifying, it was a repeat of the 2wd top 3 once again. Tommy Hall would again take TQ to line up on pole position, Ben Smith would be 2nd on the grid and Edward Callan lined up 3rd.

Unfortunately Championship winner Neil was unable to attend the last round.

As always a huge thank you to the Worksop team for all of their hard work and effort throughout the year, the tracks have been amazing and it has been a brilliant series. Also a huge thank you to the referees, to both Dave Fiddling and John Cockill who have done a brilliant job for us. It was nice to welcome our International racer Moritz Lautenbach from LRP to this event, well done on making the double A final.
