Surpass Hobby new Rocket-RC 1:10 brushless motor

Surpass Hobby has launched a new Rocket-RC 1:10 brushless motor. Designer Alex Tam together with German designers jointly participated in the design of no magnetic resistance (the rotor can stay at any position). The rotor adopts the full magnetic fibre explosion-proof process. The strong magnetic split type two magnetic poles (optional sealed enclosure and all terrain configuration) can be perfectly compatible with Castle brand controller and Hobbywing ESC.

The patented design of the vortex slotless and non resistance stator is equipped with a unique spiral full coil winding method, which has extremely low internal resistance. It is matched with EZO Japanese original flange bearing, and runs smoothly at high speed. Surpass provides F3650 / F3660 / F3670 / F3680 3T ~ 21t models 10450 ~ 600kV to meet the power gear ratio requirements of extreme speed models, especially suitable for 1:10 extreme speed modified remote control vehicles.

Rocket-RC Series Features:

The maximum power of F3680 motor is 2.2kW, and the power output efficiency is as high as 92%

2.0mm end cover adopts carbon plate welding gold-plated copper column to perfectly constrain wiring

Unique built-in fan blade reduces internal heat loss

The internal resistance of the full cell rate resistance is extremely low, and high power output is obtained

EZO Japanese original flange Peilin, high speed and smooth operation

Unique stator 0.2mm silicon steel sheet, iron loss efficiency can reach 94% efficiency conversion

The rotor is wrapped with yellow imported Kavlar fiber to reduce the rotor burst

2POLE super compliant linear high speed high temperature 200 ° C rotor new magnetic material

1EI/AIW(H) American MWS brand 220 high temperature polyester wire

The aluminium alloy front-end integrated air outlet shell is designed to operate stably and reliably at high speed

The German Schenker balancing machine is adjusted, and the rotor balance is accurate within 1.8mg

The motor can run at a high speed of 60.000 rpm
