Schumacher CAT 2000 ‘Classic’ Transverse LiPo Mount Set

Schumacher has released this Transverse LiPo Mount Set for the their CAT 2000 ‘Classic’ 1:10 4WD Buggy.  The Transverse LiPo Mount repositions the battery from an offset longitudinal position, into a central transverse position.  This brings the mass of the battery along the vehicle’s centreline, reducing the car’s roll inertia and improving direction change.  The balance of the car can be further enhanced by the ability to move the battery side to side and fore-aft (via 2 positions).  The belt is guided over the battery using a power roller, mounted from a central Aluminium Alloy Brace, and the belt tension can be adjusted.
