New from Xray comes this Carbon Battery Plate Adjustable Weight Balance Set for its nitro onroad kits, the NT1 and the RX8.  This unique & innovative solution allows quick and easy adjustment of the car’s weight balance to fine-tune handling characteristics for different track conditions.  The integrated weight balance adjustment system is fully incorporated into the Carbon Battery Plate and enables the weights to be repositioned forward or rearward directly on the assembled car.  No parts need to be removed, allowing fast and convenient set-up changes at the track.  The set includes a carbon battery plate and two 15g stainless steel weights that can be positioned as needed to achieve the desired weight distribution.  Two additional optional 15g weights (#336158) can be installed for increased tuning possibilities.  When using up to three weights, the balance can be adjusted as required. With all four weights installed, the weights are fixed in position.  The innovative design mounts the weights directly to the battery plate without negatively affecting the chassis flex characteristics, ensuring consistent handling while providing additional set-up flexibility.  Manufactured from premium-quality USA-made carbon fibre material and precision CNC-machined for maximum strength, durability, and consistent performance.
