MXLR Mobile Soldering Station
New from Germany’s MXLR comes this Mobile Soldering Station, a full soldering setup that fits neatly into your pit bag. This is a next-generation, ultra-high frequency portable soldering system, specifically intended for professional RC model applications. Compared to conventional soldering irons it delivers higher power, faster heat-up and a significantly more compact and lightweight design. Ideal for maintenance work in the pit area during racing events and also capable for all your general soldering tasks at home. A Plug & Play set up, there are no settings to dial in, no menus to work through on the display with everything coming factory pre-set and ready to go. The station runs on standard 2S LiPo batteries or any 5 – 12V DC source, heats up in approx. 10 seconds and delivers the power equivalent of a traditional 150W soldering iron. The base unit carries integrated solder jigs for 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6mm bullets, so you always have a clean and safe fixture for your connectors. Detachable power and PD cables keep the whole package tidy for transport. Built from aluminium and carbon fibre for a premium lightweight construction, the complete set comes in a premium hardcase bag in carbon optics with MXLR Logo.
