The new-generation 540 V7 motor is 10 grams (5%) lighter than the 540 V6-S and 540 V6-M models, with a rotational speed increase of 10%–30%, delivering enhanced performance while being more lightweight. Featuring a modular design for easy assembly and disassembly, ensuring efficient and hassle-free maintenance and replacement, the V7 has a completely new exterior design crafted from premium aviation-grade aluminium alloy. Using high precision CNC machining technology it has a 54% heat dissipation surface area for efficient cooling and enhanced performance efficiency. Premium ultra-thin 0.35mm silicon steel stator sheets and 220°C heat-resistant enamelled copper wires ensure precise temperature control and delivers sustained, powerful performance. Equipped with imported NSK high-end precision bearings, ensuring smooth, quiet, and durable operation. High-precision dynamic balancing with a heat-resistant and explosion-proof structure at 200°C, ensuring smooth operation with low vibration, high efficiency, and low energy consumption; delivering sustained and stable power performance. The 540 V7 is compliant with international competition certifications including BRCA, ROAR, EFRA, and IFMAR.
