Team Saxo F1-180 V5 1:10 Formula Car

Team Saxo has released its newest 1:10 Formula Car kit with the V5 version of its F1-180.  Coming three years after the release of the F1-180-V4, compared to its predecessor the V5 features comprehensive upgrades to the car.  With its new narrow one-piece chassis design, the car offers better stability with chassis deformation performance also improved.  The ultra-lightweight and low centre of gravity design lays the foundation for the new POD suspension system.  The POD mounts above the rear of the chassis and the rear-end positioning screws of the chassis can be used to adjust the tilt angle of the POD for precise set-ups.  Through the spring tension of the rear-mounted POD you can adjust the lower stroke of the rear wheels.  A new front suspension design has better performance in calibration and offers greater ease of operation, with enhanced stability.  The rear axle is designed as a gear differential, with the original ball differential also compatible.
