RC Paddock Data Analysis Platform

An accomplished RC racer and now working for the Audi Revolut F1 Team, David Loppini has brought together his vast motor racing experience to create RC Paddock, a web-based platform designed to help RC racers and teams transform track data into clearer, faster decisions. Rather than managing lap times, setups, notes, telemetry and videos through separate tools, RCPaddock connects them within a single racing workflow. Users can review practice and race sessions, compare runs, evaluate consistency and tyre degradation, document setup changes and build a searchable history of their racing activity. During practice days, RCPaddock works together with the free IWI Timing software to bring real-time lap times directly into the platform. Users can also import CSV files from supported third-party timing websites, allowing previously recorded practice sessions to be analysed and stored in the same environment.

During race events, RCPaddock enables users to analyse their performance against other drivers. Head-to-head comparisons, lap-by-lap data and race-pace analysis help identify where time is being gained or lost—not only over a single fastest lap, but throughout an entire run. The platform also includes CSV telemetry analysis, structured run planning and AI-generated reports that summarise session data and highlight potential areas of focus for the next run. When transponder timing is unavailable, its manual timing function allows laps to be recorded and later analysed using the same dashboards and reporting tools. “RC racing produces a considerable amount of useful information, but it is often fragmented across timing websites, setup sheets, spreadsheets and personal notes,” explains the RCPaddock team. “Our objective is to bring everything together and turn that information into practical decisions at the track.” Designed for individual racers, engineers and professional teams, RCPaddock offers different levels of analysis—from accessible session overviews to advanced race and telemetry evaluation.
