VBC Racing Varia MPAN-RR 1:10 Advanced Pan Car Kit

Having teased last month that they were working on a new M-Chassis size rear wheel drive rear-motor pan car, VBC Racing has announced the All-New Vari MPAN-RR. Describing their return to kit production after many years away as ‘Scale Realism Redefined’ first kit creation in many years, they say the inaugural release of the Varia lineup, the MPAN-RR is a dedicated M-Chassis size RWD rear-motor pan car engineered specifically to mimic the raw power delivery, weight transfer, and driving dynamics of full-scale rear-engine sports cars. VBC say modern RC racing has gradually shifted toward hyper-optimised speed and artificial traction—often losing the real-world driving feel that makes motorsport so thrilling. VBC Racing is changing that with the introduction of the VARIA Collection, built around the philosophy: Real Dynamics, Real Physics, Real Engagement. Key features & engineering highlights of the new car include Aero-Grade 7075 Aluminium components such as precision-machined 7075 steering blocks, 7075 body post micro-adjusters, and heavy-duty structural mounts. Top-Grade Carbon Fibre & Composites include carbon fibre main chassis, a carbon fibre rear shaft dust-proof cover, and high-impact carbon composite components engineered for optimal flex. The all-aluminium Steering Rack System is fully ball-bearing supported with easily adjustable Ackermann angles. A Floating Servo Mount System eliminates unwanted chassis tweaking, allowing the main chassis to flex symmetrically and naturally. Run inline or transverse configurations to fine-tune weight distribution and roll characteristics with the Selectable Battery Layouts. The kit also includes heavy-duty titanium turnbuckles paired with an impact-resistant TPU front bumper. The 210mm & 225mm Adjustable Wheelbase is designed to accommodate most popular M-Chassis bodies on the market with VBC Racing recommending pairing with rear-engine body shells, such as Porsche 911 series replicas, for ultimate scale realism.
