Caster Racing NTO821.2 New Design Crown & Pinion

Caster Racing has a newly designed Crown and Pinion gear for their NTO821.2 and ETO821.2 1:8 Buggy platforms.  Now Spiral Cut Bevel Gears, they will provide ​smoother & quieter operation as the curved teeth engage gradually rather than all at once, resulting in significantly reduced noise and vibration.  Multiple teeth contact each other simultaneously spreading the force over a larger surface area to withstand higher torque.  The new design also offers increased durability thanks to better stress distribution that leads to less tooth fatigue under heavy loads.
