European Champion Beratta joins WIRC

WIRC Racing has announced that 2025 EFRA European 1:8 GT Champion Filippo Beretta has joined its onroad Factory Team.  Winning his European title with Genius Racing and which he backed up by finishing runner-up at the 2026 Championship with the Italian manufacturer, Beratta switches to WIRC where he joins 2020 IFMAR 1:8 GT World Champion Joern Neumann.  The German joined the Italian team at the start of the 2026 but his program has focused on offroad.
