Carson have released the Stormracer Extreme, a 1/10th scale buggy based on their new CV-10 chassis which is sold in ready-to-run form. The chassis features lots of adjusting possibilities to optimise the cars handling over rough terrain including camber and toe setting as well the inclusion of optional springs for use on the cars oil shock dampers. The car has shaft driven permanent 4WD and is powered by the included pull start 2,5 cc Force engine.

Carson have released a number of new brushless motor and speed controller sets for both 1/10th and micro scales. For touring and off road there are 2 sets, with either a 10T and 12T BL motor combined with the Dragster Cup or Dragster Sport system that both provide high torque, acceleration and top speed. The Dragster Cup ESC works with sensorless 12 an 8 turn brushless motors, while the Dragster Sport ESC can handle sensorless 10 an 8 turn brushless motors. For your micro chassis the Dragster Micro set provides high torque and a sensitive brushless speed control specifically designed for the use in 1:18 and 1:16 scale Micro RC cars like the Tamiya TamTech-Gear (chassis GT-01 & GB-01), Xray M18 and more.

On one of the biggest stands at the fair, Tamiya and Carson, had their latest and greatest products on show. On the Tamiya side of the booth, the Japanese company was focussing on its DB01 off road chassis, which is the basis for the Durga buggy, while also very much in focus was the Limited Edition DT-02MS 2wd buggy. Given a very large section of their own was the TamTech range of mini retro 2wd buggies, but the highlight of the stand was the display of a full size Porsche 911GT3 racing car. This was present due to the release of a RC replica of the car, based on the RTR TT-01 Type E 4wd chassis and which comes with built in lights for that realistic effect.

Carson have released the Vulcano V.28, a truggy based on their successful CY-buggy chassis. This strong and agile truck performs great on a wide variety of off road terrain thanks to its new suspension geometry, wide suspension arms and oversized multi-pin tires, which provide excellent drivability. Designed to go anywhere on different terrains, this mini car comes as a ready to run set supplied complete with pre-painted body, installed remote control, battery pack and charger. Under the body shell the car is well equipped to perform with adjustable dampers, a robust chassis and included chassis brace supplied as standard.
