Infinity have released a number of new optional parts for their IF14 electric touring car. The most significant of the new items being offered for their recent Japanese and German National Championship winning chassis is a 2-piece motor mount. With the motor mount and centre shaft mount assembled separately, this creates more flex in the motor area. Changing of the screw positions in the two pieces allows for further fine tuning of this flex characteristic.
Coming from SMJ and made for the Infinity IF14 and Yokomo BD8 touring cars are a new foam front bumper and zero gap foam strips. Starting with the bumper, the specially-shaped part allows to fine-tune the body position and distance between the body and bumper as its shape fits most of today’s touring car body shells just perfect. With the addition of the optionally available 20x70mm zero gap foam strips any gaps between the body and bumper are easily bridged for improved aerodynamics and longer body life. The self-adhesive foam strip set includes two 3mm and two 5mm strips that are made out of the same material as the foam bumper.
Infinity is introducing a range of high performance silicone shock oils. Using carefully selected silicone oil, the viscosity of the range is professionally controlled during production to ensure accuracy giving racers a reliable source of consistency for selecting the correct oil to achieve a desired shock set-up change. The high quality oil also ensures stability during use in racing conditions. With the range offering 13 different variants, each is available in a convenient 60cc bottle with viscosities ranging from 300 to 700.

Coming from Fenix is a 2.0mm aluminium chassis for the Infinity IF14 touring car. Machined from 7075-T6 alloy and sporting a more narrow 83.5mm width, the fully symmetrical chassis weighs in at 79g and it comes black anodised and with milled out sections to optimise the flex characteristics.
Creation Model has produced a limited run aluminium cooling fan mount for its Infinity IF14 electric touring car. The mount, which comes complete with a 40mm fan, fixes to the chassis behind the motor and is held in place with a single screw and incorporated mounting pin. This method of securing the mount to the chassis minimises any effects on chassis flex. Also able to take a smaller 30mm fan, two screws fix the fan to the red anodised aluminium mount.

Creation Model have released a range of purpose designed balance weights for the Infinity IF14 electric touring car. A total of four options are available with a pair of left and right 10 gram each front weights, 5 gram each left and right rear weights and a centre weight in either 15 or 30 grams. The weights are easily mounted to the chassis using a single screw with an incorporated mounting pin to keep them locked in position. The design also features a minimal surface contact point between the weight and the chassis so as not to effect chassis flex.

Infinity have introduced an aluminium adjustable servo horn for their IF14 electric touring car. Adjustments can be set at four stages of 17mm, 18mm, 19mm and 20mm through the use of two differently coloured and flippable inserts that ensure the required leverage can be accurately fixed. Precision machined from high-intensity alloy aluminium, the servo horn is available to fit Sanwa or Futaba splines. While released for the IF14 this universal part can be used on other chassis.
Following on from the recent launch of their IF14 electric touring car, Infinity has produced a set of optional aluminium chassis mounted steering posts. Anodised in Infinity red, the 2-piece set is recommended for use when better steering response is required.
