Hobbywing XeRun Justock 3650 SD G2.1 stock motor

Hobbywing have announced the soon release of their new XeRun Justock 3650 SD G2.1 electric brushless stock motors. The new generation utilises an updated can that is made of high-quality aluminium for a lower weight with two X-shaped openings further reducing weight while ensuring good heat dissipation. The built-in sensor and fixed timing endbell along with the balanced high-precision rotor ensure smooth and linear power supply and pre-shaped heavy-duty solder tabs make wiring easy and reliable. The motor is build to meet EFRA and ROAR rules and it is available in all popular stock windings from 10.5T up to 25.5T.

Hiro Seiko XeRun V10 G3 lightweight screw kit

Hiro Seiko have introduced their new lightweight screw kit for the Hobbywing XeRun V10 G3 brushless motor. The set includes three M2x43mm titanium screws and a single M2.4x5mm fastener, the latter being available in a multitude of colours including orange, red, gun metal, dark blue, bright blue and purple. While adding a certain bling to the motor the set will lower the overall weight while, most importantly, it will allow the motor to rev higher and perform better as the fasteners will have no magnetic influence on the rotor which will result in a more agile behaviour.

Bruno RC XeRun V10 G3 titanium motor screws

Coming from Bruno RC and made for the Hobbywing XeRun V10 G3 brushless motors is a new titanium motor screw set. The kit includes three M2x43mm motor can screws as well as a single M2.4x5mm alloy fastener for the sensor back plate. Using the screws over the standard steel hardware will lower the motor’s overall weight while reducing the magnetic interference at the same time, resulting in improved motor performance and agility.

Hobbywing XeRun Axe brushless power system

Hobbywing have introduced their new XeRun series Axe brushless power system for crawlers and trail trucks. Featuring the new FOC Field-oriented Control technology, that is understood to match the motor RPM with the throttle position, the system allows for greatly improved car control especially on downhill sections while making the system more silent, higher performing and more reliable. The motor, with a newly developed staggered pole design, ensures consistent deceleration, smoother power supply, smoother brake control and an overall greatly improved throttle feeling. The whole system is IP-67 waterproof for go-everywhere capabilities right out of the package and the controller is programmable using Hobbywing’s iOS or Android apps and using the speedo’s build-in Bluetooth module.

Hiro Seiko XeRun V10 G2 alloy screw kit

Coming from Hiro Seiko is a new aluminium screw kit for the Hobbywing XeRun V10 G2 electric brushless motors. Usable on the V10 G2 and Bandit motors the fasteners will not interfere with the rotor’s magnetic field, as the standard steel screws do, for overall higher RPM and improved performance. The set contains can and endbell screws machined from high-quality material and it is available in blue, light blue, purple, red, orange and silver colour.

Hobbywing XeRun V10 G3 Modified & Stock motors

Coming soon from Hobbywing are the new XeRun V10 G3 Modified and Stock brushless motors. An evolution of the previous G2 motors, both are of a radical new design that does away with wide parts of the classic motor can in favour of longer front and rear end bells that are also tailor-designed to suit the application. While the 5.5T to 8.5T modified motors, intended for off-road applications, sport smaller openings in the end bells to prevent dirt from entering, the 3.5T to 5.0T modified and 10.5T to 21.5T stock motors will come with larger openings for added airflow and cooling. Both end bell designs are also available separately as upgrades. The updated can design greatly reduces overall weight with the modified motors weighing at approximately 161g while the stock variants weigh in at about 132g. While being lower in weight, Hobbywing claim the stock variants also produce four percent increased torque and up to 16 percent higher RPM compared to the G2. Also new for the G3 are a 26 percent larger front and a 6 percent smaller rear bearing which leads to more stable and smoother running motors. Both variants also come with stepless adjustable timing, in order to fine-tune the power characteristics. The specifications are rounded off by heavy duty solder tabs and a single sensor wire port.
