MotoGP World Champion to use Hudy tools

You may know it or not but 2-times MotoGP World Champion Casey Stoner has found a new profession after retiring from the fun world of motorbike racing as he recently stepped into RC car racing. Casey will now up his game by exclusively using Hudy tools to wrench on his Yokomo 2WD and 4WD buggies as well as his Hong Nor Pro4 truck. Casey says:

Being a professional sportsmen learned me that if you want to be best you need to work with the best. I was truly impressed by the quality and easy to use of all the Hudy products and there is nothing else I want to use. Either you take your hobby & sport seriously or for fun, there is nothing better than Hudy.

Hudy self-locking aluminium M3 nuts

Made not only for Xray cars but many other chassis and applications are these anodised M3 aluminium nuts from Hudy. They are available in blue, black and orange colour, feature a nylon insert to prevent them from becoming loose during use and the nuts come in sets of 10.

Hudy Profitools long 3.0mm slotted screwdriver

Hudy now have a long blade 3.0mm slotted screwdriver available. Coming with a lightweight composite handle and a hand-made Hudy spring steel tip the screwdriver is ideal for nitro engine carburettor adjustment duties due to its long design that helps to reach the carb needles of off-road vehicles even with a truggy body fitted.

Hudy 5.5mm & 6mm turnbuckles wrenches

In addition to their already existing 3mm, 4mm and 5mm turnbuckles wrenches Hudy now also have a 5.5mm and 6mm variant to offer. Made from hardened steel the tools are of a minimalistic and easy to use design, they are black of colour and come laser-etched for easy size identification.

Hudy aluminium rear wing shims

The Hudy aluminium rear wing shims are designed to replace standard plastic shims with a cooler looking and more durable alternative. Currently available in silver and orange colour the parts are of a heavily machined design that reduces weight and adds a certain bling factor. The shims fit many 1/8th and 1/10th vehicles as well as off-road and on-road bodies and wings.

Hudy Body Fix bodyshell repair glue

Hudy’s Body Fix bodyshell repair glue is a specially formulated adhesive that reinforces polycarbonate bodyshells. Applied to highly stressed areas such as the front lid and bumper, wheel arches and body stay holes it prevents the polycarbonate from becoming cracked and the glue also holds existing splits together extending the lifespan of the body.

New Hudy Profitools wrenches & reamer

Hudy’s Profitool line sees the addition of two new wrenches and a reamer in the form of the .050 and .078 (5/64) Allen wrenches and a 3.0mm arm reamer. The tools sport hollow composite handles for effortless wrenching and Hudy spring steel tips that can be easily exchanged thanks to the aluminium hubs that are incorporated in the handles.

New from Hudy comes this Flexifit flat cap in two different sizes. Available in S-M and L-XL sizes the cap is made from black colour fabric and it sports a 3D embossed Hudy logo at the front and rear.
