ETS Rd4 participants to collect Hudy 3.0mm Allen wrench

With the fourth round of the Yokomo Euro Touring Series taking place this weekend in Poland, event sponsor Hudy have been in touch to remind entrants that they can once again collect their free Limited edition tool, which this week will be a 3.0mm Allen wrench. Given to Pro Stock and Hobby drivers competing in Europe’s largest racing series, the Slovakian company has already handed out their 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm wrenches at the previous 3 rounds. Part of their 25 Years Anniversary limited edition series the tools feature super-lightweight CNC-machined Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium handles that reduce weight by 30% as well as a diamond-pattern surface for unsurpassed grip. The new generation of Hudy tips is hand-made from special world-renowned, top-secret, self-developed Hudy Spring Steel, individually precision-ground, sized and shaped for perfect fit with fasteners and the unique hardening processes make the tips ultra-durable. Each tool includes a press-fit protective black cap in the handle end; optional color-coded plastic caps (violet, red, blue) are available to customize the tools to your preferences. A laser-engraved ETS logo is the finishing touch.

Toy Fair 2011 – Hudy

Again with an impressive display of products, this year sees only a small number of additions to this ever growing line. Two new products in their liquids line include after run oil and air filter oil, while in the tool range there is the previously announced universal handle for using power driver tips and their new clutch tension adjustment tool. Hudy are also displaying their new line up of aluminium servo arms.

Hudy clutch tool

Designed for 1/8 & 1/10 on-road nitro engines, but working with most current centrifugal-axial clutches, the new Hudy clutch tool allows you to easily mount/dismount the clutch spring preload collar and make fine preload adjustments. For mounting, insert the preload adjusting collar into the tool, press onto the spring, and then start threading it onto the clutch nut. Dismounting is done in the reverse order. For preload adjustment, place the tool over the collar and tighten or loosen the collar. Part of the all-new ’25 years anniversary’ limited edition Exclusive Tool Line, it is made from super-lightweight CNC-machined Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium with diamond pattern surface for unsurpassed grip.

Hudy LE 7.0mm socket driver

Hudy have released this super-lightweight CNC-machined Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium tool made for tightening/loosening M4 nuts such as the wheel nuts on all touring cars. The handle which features a diamond pattern surface for unsurpassed grip, includes the plastic cap in black colour press fitted into the handle end. Optional color-coded plastic caps (violet, red, blue) are available to customize the tools to your specifications.

Hudy small body reamer

Hudy have released this super lightweight, high quality reamer for lexan bodies that cuts perfect holes up to 9mm with special CAD-designed cutting blades. A handy aluminium cover protects the blade which has been hand-ground on a specially-modified grinding machine for maximum sharpness and lifespan. Laser-engraved measurements in Imperial and Metric indicate the hole size while reaming, while a light, non-slip duraluminium handle ensures a sure grip.
