DE Racing has just released this new rear skid plate for the Jammin / Hong Nor X1-CR/CRT and X2-CR/CRT buggies. Made of ultra thin resin, eliminating the need for longer screws, the plates provide protection for your expensive buggy or truggy chassis. The plate wears just like aluminium but is much cheaper to replace than a complete chassis.

JConcepts have released 2 new bodyshells for the Jammin X2 and the Hobao Hyper 9 buggies. The Hyper 9 is new and unique and demands a body which is just the same and JConcepts has responded with the latest Illuzion body specifically designed for the Hyper. Jammin are reporting on last weekends win for their team driver Taylor James at the IFMAR Pre-Worlds Race in Charlotte, North Carolina. Taylor proved that the Jammin X1X Buggy is now one of the the top contenders for the World Championships, to be held later this year, by posting top qualifier and then going on to take the win in the one hour long A-Main. “With a new chassis layout, the X1X Buggy is faster through the corners and accelerates off the corner quicker. Overall stability is much better.” says Jay Halsey. He also revealed that Jammin Products is planning a Conversion Kit for the X1X and also a complete kit, both coming within the next three months.

Jammin have released this red aluminium clutch shoe set for their X1 series of buggies and truggies. Made from a special aluminium alloy, these CNC Machined clutch shoes are light weight and offer instant throttle response, while bevelled edges prevent mushrooming. Long lasting and low wear, the set is suitable for 3 shoe clutches and comes supplied with 1.0mm & 1.1mm springs & shims.

Seen on the RC Modz website, the new Jammin X2 Truggy was on show at last weeks RCX show in California. According to the source, the diff mount is different, it has a longer chassis with the components mounted more to the front, there is a new fuel tank as well as a new radio tray. The car sports big bore shocks, a more centralised engines and plastic chassis braces. Further information on the car will be released by Jammin in due course.

Reckward Tuning have released the second version of their unique looking Symbio truggy body shell, suitable for the Mugen MBX-5T or Jammin X1-CRT. Made from 1mm thick high quality polycarbonate, the outer contour comes pre cut, while the rear of the shell has a R-Line diffuser for that aggressive look. Supplied with Symbio decals and window masks, refueling is possible with all fuel guns on the market through the front window.
