We’re a bit slow off the mark with this one but JConcepts’ all new Punisher B4.1 made its debut last weekend at the 2010 ROAR Electric Off-Road Nationals in Joliet, IL. Used by factory driver Ryan Maifield, the body was completed just in time for the race and JConcepts decided to share these pre release photos with everyone.

With ROAR Electric off road Nationals taking place this week Leisure Hours in Joliet, IL, JConcepts are going all out with new product releases. The Florida based company have given us a sneak peek of their new profiled closed cell inserts. With no more details forthcoming, we will have to make do with the photo which shows the new 1/10th buggy rear, 1/10th 4wd front and SCT profiled insert.

JConcepts have announced some new tire updates including the release of their new super soft green compound for their SC Goose Bumps. This new super sticky compound excels on dusty surface conditions. The U.S. company as also released their Double Dees in orange compound making them perfect for a variety of track surfaces and in particular black groove abrasive tracks. The Double Dees design is a world leading tire combination right out of the package, the unique technology combined with abrasive specific compounds like orange allow the flexibility necessary to compete on even the most demanding surfaces for an extended period of time.

JConcepts have released their Punisher body for the Serpent Cobra 811. The slight cab-forward treatment is amongst the most aggressive in class giving the Punisher top notch performance. Blended wing / body design gives additional downforce to the side-pods and windshield which increases drivability, corner speed and jump control. The rear base of the cab area represents the latest offering for 1/8th buggy racing featuring a super low profile design for increased engine cooling, air flow and escape.

JConcepts are showing a sneak preview of their all new Punisher shell for the Associated B44 buggy. Previously only available for 1/8th scale vehicles, this aggressive looking shell style will soon be available for 1/10th scale. Expect more information when it becomes available.
