JConcepts Illuzion Manta SC body shell

JConcepts have released a sneak preview of their new Illuzion Manta short course body shell. Designed to fit the Slash, Slash 4×4 and SC10, the shell has been inspired from the ground up to turn these short course trucks into high performance machines. Its features include a scale inspired body, cab and window design, aggressive headlight and grill treatment with racing influence, front and rear fender flares for maximum clearance and an extended cab with recessed windows.

JConcepts World Champion Tee

Just in time for 2010 JConcepts has released a newly designed t-shirt based on the popular anniversary theme. This new t-shirt sports a detailed front logo design including the popular and powerful JConcepts logo along with graffiti and sketch imagery type in the background. The back includes a smaller print highlighting the ‘Punish the Competition’ slogan to show your JConcepts style whether you are coming or going. Available in all sizes from M to XXXL.

JConcepts small racing bag

The new small JConcepts racing bag is a compact, multi-purpose equipment bag that can be used for about any of your R/C needs. Its design and proportions allow you to store and transfer just about any combination of compact R/C equipment you desire. There is enough room for 1/10th scale buggies, 1/16th scale vehicles or touring cars as well as room for radio gear, tools, tires, or various other R/C gear. This racing bag has heavy JConcepts imagery and logos printed on each end as well as the sides and top and the front-load Velcro design, combined with composite inner liner, allow for easy access to all drawers individually. The two composite drawers with divider make the inner workings of the JConcepts racing bag keep everything organised.

JConcepts Illuzion Hi-Flow body for Hot Bodies Ve8

Recently Hot Bodies released an electric version of the popular D8 buggy the Ve8 and JConcepts is quick off the mark with the release of the Illuzion – Hi-Flow body. Stealth-like in appearance and stance makes the Hi-Flow body a stand-out performer while incorporating the duel side scoops which make electrical cooling easy. JConcepts Slash VXL & Blitz overtray

JConcepts have released a number of new parts for the 1/16th Slash VXL and HPI Blitz. First up for the Slash is the new Dare short course shell whose cab, bed and fenders are all styling areas of focus and together with realistic mock lights and decals the shell includes extra fender clearance to eliminate troublesome tire rubbing issues. For for the Blitz there is an overtray, which fits under the body and protects your chassis from unwanted excess dirt and debris build-up during racing conditions.

Steven Hartson signs to run JConcepts in 1/8th

Having recently signed for Team Associated, Steven Hartson has joined the JConcepts team to race their full line of tires, wheels, bodies and accessories. Although Steven has been a team member and running the JConcepts 1/10th scale line-up for quite some time, this announcement comes as Hartson brings his skills to the 1/8th division. Hartson brings the out-right speed comparable to the top electric racers in the world, but as of yet has not had the opportunities to showcase his talents in the 1:8 scene. With multiple A-Main finishes in 1:10 National Championships and major International events, Hartson looks to transfer these results to the ultra- competitive U.S. 1:8 scale scene. Local to Southern California, he’s sure to get his feet wet fast with weekly competitors such as Ryan Cavalieri, Cody King, Adam Drake, Mike Truhe, Ryan Lutz and so on.

JConcepts have released a number of new parts for the 1/16th Slash VXL, Kyosho RT5 and HPI Blitz. First up for the Slash is the new Dare short course shell whose cab, bed and fenders are all styling areas of focus and together with realistic mock lights and decals the shell includes extra fender clearance to eliminate troublesome tire rubbing issues. For the Kyosho RT5 the Illuzion ‘Hi-Flow’ styling presents a flowing design while incorporating many radical edge styling details for additional style and performance. Race inspired aggressive styling, Illuzionized cab and cove hood scoop combined with a durable flowing bed design are just some of the features on this new body. Finally for the Blitz is an overtray, which fits under the body and protects your chassis from unwanted excess dirt and debris build-up during racing conditions.
