JConcepts Hazard wheel for Losi SCT-E

JConcepts have announced that their popular Hazard short course wheel is now available for the Losi SCT-E in black, white and yellow. A powerful new look that combines the winning combination of a 10 spoke design, bead-lock appearance and center lug nut detail with a hint of inspiration from yesteryear. Wheel profile, interior and exterior ribbing and spoke design were all areas of focus while creating the combination of durability, clearance, functionality and appearance.

JConcepts Finnisher for Associated RC8.2E

JConcepts have released their Finnisher body for the Associated RC8.2E 1/8th Electric buggy. Increased windshield angle provides a steady force upfront during mid-flight wind gusts on large jumps while the forward cab placement changes performance / visible bias which helps steering rotation in low traction corners. The side-pods have a strong and chiseled look, including a recessed area in the rear which allows another option for air-escape. The chassis side-guard to body fit has been tightened up which helps eliminate large empty voids that contribute to mid-flight directional changes. The area behind the cab has been greatly lowered exposing more of the engine heat-sink allowing more heat-escape while the V-stepped feature which is a highlighted styling cue of the Finnisher buggy bodies has been incorporated toward the rear and allows an additional area that can be trimmed to allow air-flow through the body.

JConcepts Hazard SC wheels in yellow

JConcepts have announced that their popular Hazard short course wheel is now available in yellow. A powerful new look that combines the winning combination of a 10 spoke design, bead-lock appearance and center lug nut detail with a hint of inspiration from yesteryear. The Hazard will make an immediate impact on the performance of the SC10 trucks by widening the stance of the truck by 6mm in overall width. The increased width will maximize the SC10 and bring it up to the ROAR maximum legal limits in dimensional width.

JConcepts have announced the release of their Finnisher body for the Mugen MBX-6R. Increased windshield angle provides a steady force upfront during mid-flight wind gusts on large jumps. JConcepts Super Cup Rd4 report

The 4th round of the JConcepts Super Cup was set to take place at the Coral Spring RC Car Club but heavy rain forced the organisers to move the meeting to the indoor Basher RC Raceway. The sudden changes of plan caused this race to lose some racers but at the end around 170 pilots made it to the new location. In Pro2 Short Course, The battle was between Hobbycrap driver Felix Law, Associated’s Daimon Borkowicz and JConcepts’ chief designer Paul Wynn. The 1st round of qualifiers went to Daimon Borkowicz with only .04 seconds ahead of Paul and two seconds clear of Felix. In the 2nd round, Felix Law stepped up his game with his all new Team Power Traxxas Anza Slash as he took the TQ by 3 seconds ahead of Daimon.

JConcepts Crossbows green compound

JConcepts introduce the green compound Crossbows 1/8 buggy tyres. The tyre that dominated the 2008-2009 IFMAR World Championships is now available in the super soft Green compound. The tyre combines a compact tyre body with crisp tread and separation and an aggressive rectangular lug technology. Included are closed cell profiled inserts.

JConcepts 3Ds, Inverse wheels & plastic locknuts

JConcepts have released the 3Ds 1/10th buggy race tire in blue, green and orange compounds. Developed to be the ultimate slick-groove tire, the 3Ds are a first to combine the high-stability design of a black groove bar tire into an individually flexible pattern of finely spaced Double Dee lugs in one package. As racing on both indoor and outdoor conditions have matured, a more flexible, supremely grippy tire design was necessary to drive the edgy, fast pace. The 3Ds grip are a new, highly sought after, favorite in these conditions. Also making its debut is the Inverse, 2-piece 12mm hex wheel for the B4.1 and B44.1. The 2-piece design provides several benefits for maximum performance and ease of use. The inner wheel comes standard in a stealth, black matte finish providing the driver a look and feel never seen before.
