LapMonitor new Android app version

A new version of Android app for LapMonitor lap counting system is now available on the Playstore. It includes many new features, among them: built-in session history, race by lap/time, lap time edition, advanced statistics, Whatsapp sharing, bluetooth auto-reconnection and many more. This version also introduces a new exclusive feature of LapMonitor timing system: The PaceMaker coach. When enabled, the gap between your pace target and your current run will be announced every lap letting you know in real time if your pace is fast enough to achieve your session run forecast. This new version 1.73 is available for download on the Playstore.

LapMonitor MP9e/MP10e transponder mount

LapMonitor have introduced their new transponder mount for the Kyosho MP9e/MP10e series of buggies. Designed for use with LapMonitor’s own transponders, it provides an easy installation and perfect detection with LapMonitor’s timing system. It is compatible with all MP9e/MP10e variants and available now.

LapMonitor RC8B3e transponder mount

LapMonitor have introduced their new transponder mount for the Team Associated RC8B3e series of buggies. Designed for the use with LapMonitor’s own transponders, the mount is made of highly impact-resistant nylon material and it weighs in at a lightweight 3g. It is usable with all RC8B3e variants and available from now on.

LapMonitor 1/10th 4WD buggy transponder mount

Coming from LapMonitor is a new transponder mount compatible with the Team Associated B74, Yokomo YZ-4 and Xray XB4 1/10th scale 4WD buggies. The multi-piece yet lightweight mount was designed to be attached to the centre diff top plate, placing the transponder emitter in front of the clear body window area. This ensures a perfect detection of the transponder signal by the LapMontor lap timer. The holder features also a hole for easy and convenient battery wire routing.

LapMonitor introduce new waterproof transponder

LapMonitor have introduced a new transponder for its popular lap counting system. The new variant is fully compatible with the LapMonitor decoder and it can be used with up to 96 cars on the same track. The transponder is now water resistant and weights only 5g for the Molex connector version and 7g for the variant with a universal receiver plug.

LapMonitor personal lap timer

LapMonitor is a new personal lap-timer for RC cars that can also be used to time multi-driver races. The device is simple and fast to setup; it will be installed on the outside track, then connected with the Bluetooth of any mobile device and it is good to go. In terms of functionality LapMonitor will not only announce lap times but also a full live race commentary in many languages while also enabling to store and share the timing results. It has been tested and adopted by 2016 European Cup 1/8th IC winner, Stephane Bouche and the LapMonitor Training Pack is now available on Kickstarter with a 40 percent discount. The pack includes one LapMonitor and one transponder. Multi-transponder packages are also available and the system is compatible with both iOS and Android devices and it features a Bluetooth range of up to 80m.
