RMV sign up Feldmann & Eirenschmalz

RMV Deutschland, Mugen off road distributors for Germany, have announced two new signings for next season. RMV have secured the services of Champion 1/5th scale racer Markus Feldmann, who will race both nationally and internationally with the MBX-6 powered by a Ninja JX21 engine, Reckward-Tuning parts as well as Tourex racing tires. RMV have also announced the signing of German junior Champion Markus Eirenschmalz, who will again run the Mugen Seiki MBX-6, Reckward-Tuning parts and Tourex tires combo, but with the RB B9 engine.

Mugen MBX-6/T bearing sets

New from Mugen Seiki, for the European Championship winning MBX-6 buggy and MBX-6T truggy, are these new bearing sets. Sold in two different versions, the first set comprises of 10 pieces of 15x21x4mm for the car’s uprights, while the second bearing set is made of a variety of different bearings for the rest of the car, totaling 24 pieces. Available in late November.

Pro-Line Mugen MBX-6T Bull Dog shell

Following on Pro-Line’s previous releases of the Bull Dog truggy shell for the Associated RC8T and the Hot Bodies D8T, comes a version for the Mugen MBX-6T. Made from Genuine GE .060 lexan, its bull nose front end increases corner speed, while the elongated bed increases air flow to the wing. Overall down force has been greatly improved over traditional 1:8 truck bodies with the engine head exposed for easy temp checks and igniter accessibility. Paint then peel overspray film, sticker sheet, and window masks included.

Mugen MBX-6T M-Spec truggy

Mugen Seiki have introduced their MBX-6T M-Spec, a factory built version of the Japanese company’s 1/8th scale truggy. The off roader comes completely assembled with all the differential and shock oils, shock springs, ride height, camber and caster adjustment straight from the Mugen race team. It comes supplied with a pre cut un painted body shell with the car only requiring an engine, exhaust and electronics to get running. The M-Spec can also be purchased with a Ninja power pack that includes the JX21-B01A.

Mugen Seiki LD Buggy wheels

Mugen Seiki have released a new type of wheel for their MBX-6 buggy. Suitable for other makes of buggy with the same axle, the new LD wheel has a 3mm larger diameter and 1mm larger width than the standard wheels. These dish style wheels are available in both yellow and white.

F.V.S.S. Racing Team have released a new optional V.H.C. (variable hardness chassis-plate) chassis plate for Mugen MRX4-X. Made from 5mm high quality Ergal 7075 T6 aluminium, they have delrin inserts, which are harder and more durable than carbon fibre, to enable you to stiffen or soften up to chassis plate. In the next few months F.V.S.S. will also release new V.H.C. chassis plates for more popular car kits in 1/10 an 1/8 nitro scale.

KM Racing NT1 & MTX-4 Brass Battery tray

In addition to the version released earlier for the Kyosho V-One RRR, KM Racing have come out with these new battery trays for the Xray NT1 and Mugen MTX-4. Made from brass, the tray brings weight to the lowest and most central point on the car, which not only helps increase chassis rigidity but also helps stop the car from traction rolling in high grip conditions. Machined with 2 grooves for tape to mount the battery, it sports the KM Racing logo engraved on the bottom.
