RC-Project S35 Steering Hub Weight Kit

Italian option parts brand RC-Project has released this new Steering Hub Weight Kit for the Sworkz S35 1:8 Buggy platform. Developed and tested in collaboration with Juan Carlos Canas. it is designed to provide greater flexibility in chassis setup, allowing drivers to fine-tune weight distribution based on track conditions and personal driving style. With three mounting positions available on both the front and rear, this new configuration offers a major improvement over the previous version, which only allowed a fixed position. Key features include it can be installed front only, rear only, or on both ends. The 7.5 gram weight is for front use only while the 5 gram weight is compatible with both front and rear. The kit contain 2 aluminium mounting brackets, 2 x 5g weights, 2 x 7.5g weights and 8 hex screws.

VP-Pro have introduced new Brass Front Chassis Weights intended for use on the Infinity IFB8 1:8 Buggy platform. Machined from high quality brass, they are designed to perfectly fit to the chassis while leaving the necessary space in order not to affect the chassis flex. No modification is required and laser-etched VP-Pro logo they also include weight of each piece. Available in 50 gram and 100 gram options, each pack contains one of each packed individually.

Gruber caps off ENS title with Lentiai win

Capricorn’s Toni Gruber has capped off his title winning Euro Nitro Series campaign with victory at the fourth & final round of the 2025 Championship held at the MyCandy Arena in Lentiai, Italy. The German driver would secure the TQ for the45-minute final topping the opening 3 of the four qualifiers. Arch rival and ENS Round 2 winner Simon Kurzbuch put his Mugen Seiki top of the times in Q4 to secure P2 on the grid. Jonathan Gandin and 2023 ENS race winner Mirko Salemi completed the Top 4. In the final, 2023 Champion Gruber and 2024 Champion Kurzbuch would swap the lead but a flame out on his final fuel stop ended the Swiss driver’s challenge. Allowing Gandin through to second, Gruber took the win, his third of the season, by 2-laps, with Kurzbuch hanging on for the final podium spot ahead Infinity’s Francesco Tironi. In 1:10 Nitro Touring Jakub Rozycki completed the dream season with four wins out of four races as he takes the overall title giving Capricorn the title double.

Koswork XS Lipo Charging/Storage Case

Koswork has added an XS size option to their range of Lipo Charging/Storage Cases. A safe solution for charging and storing LiPo batteries, it is designed to allow dual LiPo charging at the same time (maximum 80mm thick). Two wire through ports with covers are made for charging wires with the case designed to contain fire and heat inside the case in the event of a LiPo fire. Smart looking with filtered ventilation holes its compact size makes for easy transportation. The lightweight case has a tough shell & a solid latch and has fire retardant foams used to protect the lipo packs. The case measure approximately 180 × 80 × H100 mm (outside, not including handle) with the internal lower & upper cases each measuring 170 × 70 × H55 mm.

Hong Nor X5B Alu 4-Degree Steering Blocks

Following the release of their brand new X5B 1:8 Nitro Buggy, Taiwanese manufacturer Hong Nor has released these optional aluminium 4-degree Steering Blocks. Offering increased king pin inclination on the X5B, they help improve overall buggy stability. Machined from 7075 material and with a black anodising they include clear 4-degree markings.

Koswork Optima Mid Option Parts

Taiwanese brand Koswork has released two new option parts for the Kyosho Optima Mid 1:10 4WD Buggy. For the Turbo Optima Mid Special, they have created a carbon upper deck which is specially designed to lower the weight and keep the rigidity. With gold colour nuts installed & steel screws included to hold the belt dust cover in place firmly (the original Kyosho upper deck cannot hold the dust cover screws firmly) it is made from 2mm carbon fibre and is a direct replacement for the original deck. The second new option is a Carbon Fibre Shorty Lipo Battery Mount Set. Also designed for the Turbo Optima Mid Special but also working for the Optima Mid series, it is designed to hold the shorty battery pack in place. The moveable battery holder is also cut from 2mm carbon fibre and is a direct fit upgrade over the original battery holder.
