Infinity & Speedmaster Japan join forces

Infinity have announced it has formed a new partnership with Masayuki Miura and Speedmaster Japan. SMJ has vast experience across all classes of racing at the very highest level and Miura has been a contributing factor in many World Championship wins over the last 15 years. With Infinity having many new product lines planned this cooperation will help to expand all future developments and also race team activities. Infinity president Kenji Taira states:

Arrowmax sign World Champion Ronald Völker

Arrowmax have announced the signing of Yokomo’s Ronald Völker for their factory team. The 2016 IFMAR ISTC World and multiple ETS Champion will use Arrowmax’s tools and accessories to prepare, maintain and setup his rides and he has the following to say about the deal:

LRP Dynamic 8 2400kv brushless motor

LRP have introduced the 2400kv variant of their successful Dynamic 8 brushless motor. Closing the gap between the 2200kv and the 2600kv the 4-pole motor, winner of the Italian championships and runner-up at the 2016 EFRA Euros, offers a balance between power and run time and it features a machined alloy case with heatsink design, a precision-balanced sintered rotor and pre-soldered silver-plated heavy-duty connectors.

Team Titan Blitz TS035 1/8th on-road bodyshell

Team Titan have introduced the new Blitz TS035 1/8th scale nitro on-road bodyshell. Building on the popular TS030 and TS040 the body offers the initial steering response and rear end stability of the TS030 combined with the mid corner and on-power steering of the TS040, making it a third tuning option for the dedicated racer. The body is moulded from high-quality polycarbonate and available in a super-tough 1.0mm variant and also as lightweight 0.8mm and super-lightweight 0.7mm body. All include a window mask, decal sheet and they sport pre-marked bodypost and engine head positions for ARC’s R8.0 car.

WRC P-One metric tools & wrenches

Italian company WRC have introduced their new P-One brand tool range. Made using high-quality aluminium handles and durable steel tool tips, the wrenches are available as 1.5mm to 3mm hex drivers, 5.5mm and 7mm hex wrenches and also as flat and cross tip screwdrivers. All come with lightened hollow handles and colour-coded end caps.

Fenix Racing STX 2015 aluminium chassis & link plates

Fenix Racing have introduced an aluminium main chassis plate for the WRC STX 2015 touring car. Machined from 2mm 7075-T6 material and coming black anodised the chassis makes for improved stiffness and thus optimised performance especially on medium to high-bite surfaces. The chassis is of a fully symmetrical design with pockets for the motor and under the rear battery area while a slight herringbone design optimises the flex characteristics. Also coming for the STX are aluminium suspension link plates. The parts are made from 2mm alloy and they sport the same black and silver finish as the chassis.

DMS 1/14th Trim2Tune foam tyre inserts

X-Factory UK have introduced the DMS Trim2Tune tyre inserts for 1/14th scale micro off-road cars. The idea behind the inserts was that micro racers were always requesting different width inserts to fine-tune the grip levels on their micro buggies to differing tracks. Unlike many other classes the ranges of inserts on offer were quite minimal, so options were greatly reduced. DMS’s open cell inserts come very specifically as 50mm wide as the most popular width in use is still 25mm and for those racers happy with this width, they can simply cut them straight down the middle. For those who wish to create their own width specific to their requirements, they can be trimmed with conventional scissors to any width desired. The inserts come as pair, allowing to cut at least four inserts from a pack and they are available in a soft, medium and firm variant.

Modify clamping motor fan mount

Japanese company Modify have introduced a clamping motor fan mount. Machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and coming in black or shiny orange, the mount is usable with 30mm and 40mm fan units. The mounts are of a strong yet lightweight design and they are usable with most touring cars.
