Mugen Seiki anti-slip pit mat

Mugen Seiki have a new anti-slip pit mat available. Cut to a large 60x120cm dimension the mat offers plenty of working space while keeping the pit table clean. The special structure and anti-slip material prevents small parts and tool to rolling off the table while being lightweight and easy to clean at the same time. Available in black and blue colour the mat features the Mugen Seiki logo on the bottom right hand corner for looks and to ensure everyone is aware of your passion to everything Mugen.

Hara teams up with Carisma for one race deal

Atsushi Hara teams up with Carisma – For once

Carisma Racing have announced that multiple World and National Champion Atsushi Hara will be piloting the company’s all-new 4XS 1/10th off-road buggy at the forthcoming final round of the Hong Kong 1/10th Off-road Championships in November. The announcement comes hot on the heels of Atsushi leaving his former off-road sponsors SWorkz and it is understood to be a single outing for the Asian company.

PowerHD L-12HV low-profile servo

PowerHD have introduced their latest low-profile high voltage servo, the L-12HV. It makes use of a CNC-machined all-alloy case for improved durability, optimised heat dissipation and cool looks while the titanium and aluminium gears as well as the coreless motor make for high rigidity and performance. At 7.4V input the servo pulls up to 12kg-cm of torque at a speed of down to 0.06s and it comes with a short, on-road specific 80mm connection wire.

Flash Point anti-slip pit mat

New from Flash Point comes an anti-slip pit mat. Offering a size of 60x120cm the mat is lightweight, durable and easy to clean and it is ideal to protect the pit table and working space while the material and structure keep small parts and tools from rolling off the table. The black colour mat also features the Flash Point R/C logo in the bottom right corner.

Milan Mudra joins Xray Junior team

Xray have announced the addition of young Czech off-road driver Milan Mudra to their Junior team. Milan is a very talented driver who so far has won a number of titles including the national 1/8th electric Junior Championship. Milan will participate in all major regional and national events as well as some selected international races such as the EOS and he has the following to say:

I want to thanks to Xray for their trust in me and I will do my best to represent the team in the best possible way. Since I have started to race RC cars when I was 10 years it was our Czech driver Martin Bayer who was the iconic racer to me and it was my biggest motivation to work as hard and as professionally as him and dreamed to be part of the Xray factory team. Now the dream came true and I am really thankful for it.

Mugen MBX7TR & MBX7TR Eco 1/8th truggy kits

Mugen Seiki have introduced the new MBX7TR nitro and MBX7TR Eco electric truggy kits. Both sport many high-end improvements in suspension, steering and drivetrain to further increase the trucks’ performances. New to the 7TR are 16mm front and rear shocks that improve traction and feeling on high grip conditions. The new shocks are also outfitted with new 1.4mm shock springs to reduce chassis roll, increase traction, improve jumping and add stability on bumpy tracks. The kits are also based on a new 3mm A7075 hard anodised chassis with increase side bends to up strength and to give a more precise felling on all surfaces. The MBX7TR uses the E2129 front upright which has a trailing axle position to improve overall steering and the steering Ackermann plate from the 7R buggy is also included in the 7TR to add more adjustability. The servo saver spring was also update to the E2316 to improve the precision of the trucks steering dramatically while the drivetrain has been changed and improved with the use of a new universal style driveshaft for both the front and rear of the truck as this greatly improves the feel of the truck on bumpy surfaces. The universal driveshafts will make the overall drivetrain much smoother and will spin with less friction. Both kits will hit the stores soon.

Arrowmax have introduced a set of Honeycomb design chassis droop blocks. They offer Arrowmax’ signature Honeycomb design and are 20mm high, allowing for precise suspension droop adjustment while looking cool at the same time. The lightweight blocks come gun metal anodised to match the remainder of Arrowmax’ Honeycomb tools an they sport laser-etched writings for easy identification.

Yeah Racing 40mm high-speed cooling fan

New from Yeah Racing comes a 40mm high-speed cooling fan for a range of applications. Offering dual ball bearings, a high airflow and 2S LiPo compatibility the fan is ideal for motor cooling duties in touring cars but also for off-road vehicles. The fan comes pre-wired with a 250mm long connection wire equipped with a standard JST connector.
