Team Losi Racing has released two new Spur Gear options for it 22X-4 2.0 1:10 4WD Electric Buggy Platform. With stock racers in mind, 22X-4 2.0 owners now have smaller spur gear options available for both the center diff and decoupled slipper configurations. On the Center Diff Spur they now offer a 75T option while for the Slipper Spur racers can now go down to 72T.

Designed especially for high-grip carpet and clay tracks, the Takashima D-13 B7.1 Spring Steel Chassis offers drivers a completely different driving experience compared to a traditional aluminium chassis. Manufactured from premium spring steel and weighing 166 grams, the chassis combines excellent torsional flexibility with outstanding longitudinal rigidity, allowing the suspension to work more effectively while maintaining stability under acceleration and braking. Compared to a conventional aluminium chassis, the spring steel version provides improved mechanical grip, smoother weight transfer, increased corner speed, and more consistent handling on high-traction surfaces. With its lower centre of gravity and distinctive flex characteristics, the chassis gives the car a more planted and predictable feel, making it easier to carry speed through corners while maintaining excellent stability. Just like our touring car chassis, the B7.1 chassis is designed to use 120-degree countersunk screws throughout. Racers can choose between Hex or Torx T7 Grade 12.9 hardened carbon steel screw sets, depending on their preference.

Italian engine manufacturer Nova Engines has introduce the X3B JTP Edition, a 3-port offroad engine developed in collaboration with famed US offroad star Jared Tebo. Nova Engines say this is not just a special edition but Tebo’s racing experience translated into Nova engineering. Built for racers who demand more than just power, every detail is there for a reason with the engine featuring sharper responsem smoother rotation, lower friction and better flow for more more consistency. With a 15.94 mm bore and 17.50 mm stroke, the 3-port layout has a 4-booster exhaust design. With a DLC-coated crankshaft, it is fitted with front and rear ceramic bearings. With a lightweight conrod and piston it gets an Aerolite Turbo Backplate. With double low profile venturi included, the X3B JTP Edition is finished with a JTP personalised cooling head and carb ring.
Mugen Seiki’s Simon Kurzbuch has won the second round of the Euro Nitro Series, the Swiss driver getting the better of Round 1 winner Dario Balestri at the Rucphen track in the Netherlands. As at the season opening in Germany, it was Kurzbuch who secured the overall TQ honours as he took his Ielasi Tuned powered MRX-7 to the fastest time in 2 of the 4 rounds. Fastest in Q1, it was the Infinity of multiple World Champion Balestri who lined up P2, ahead of ARC’s Silvio Hächler and Dutch Serpent Jesse Keller who posted a TQ run in Q3. In the 45-minute main, the two World Champions would pull clear of the field and battle it out from the front for the win. While Balestri set the fastest lap of the race and led a number ocassions at the end it was Kurzbuch who took the win by 6.4-seconds over the Italian. While Hächler strong qualifying came to nothing in the final as he suffered an engine failure, it would be Infinity’s Francesco Tironi from P7 in the grid who completed the podium ahead of the Serpent of Marco Weigerding. In 1:10 200mm reigning World Champion Jilles Groskamp took the home win to make it two from two having won the season opener. The infinity driver was joined on the podium by team-mate Carmine Raiola and French Capricorn driver Quentin Leroux while having qualified P2 reigning champion Jakub Rozycki finished P4 for Capricorn ahead of Melvin Diekmann.
