R1 Wurks B74 Alu Rear Hubs

New from California based brand R1 Wurks are these lightweight precision machined aluminium rear hubs for the Team Associated RC10B74 1:10 4WD Offroad Buggy. The hubs deliver a double advantage as they reduce the unsprung weight in your suspension system and enhance suspension precision. They also feature a dual set screws to improve the connection between the hub and hub insert on the hinge pin. In-house precision machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium, they are direct fit, stock geometry and lightweight at just 7.95grams.

RC Maker X4’24 Geocarbon parts

Australia’s RC Maker has released a number of its GeoCarbon parts for the recently launched Xray X4’24 1:10 Electric Touring Car. First up is their brand new GeoCarbon Bumper Plate with Stopper that sports their ever stylish, stealth and innovative design. The Plastic X4 Bumper and Stopper whilst effective, in RC Maker’s eyes doesn’t provide the most stylish solution to keeping your chassis safe in the event of a crash. The design integrates the stopper under the main bumper plate, lining up with a lower flat section on the front bulkheads. In the event of a crash, the force will be transferred through this lower section of the bulkheads and keep the chassis in tact, with minimal effect on the bulkheads. The 4mm thick heavy duty brace recesses over the small bumper posts enabling it to get low enough to align with the bulkhead. When tightening the upper plate, it clamps the whole assembly down tightly. The Carbon Front Bumper Mount Stopper is also available separately

Yokomo SD2.0 Purple and Red versions

Following the release of its latest SD2.0 1:10 drift chassis in June, Yokomo has announced the release of a Purple and a Red edition of the RWD chassis. The SD series of drift cars, which can achieve various specifications by reconfiguring parts, has evolved into the latest version, SD2.0. While keeping the basic design of graphite double-deck chassis and gear-drive RWD, a thorough review of the weight balance and changes to the front Ackermann ratio have been made to further accentuate the latest RWD drift style.

New from 1:8 GT World Champion manufacturer Hong Nor are these front and rear lower arms for its X3 series 1:8 Buggy and GT platform. The new suspension arms made of a stronger composite material making them a harder optional part for adjusting the car’s handling for different grip levels at tracks. Available as a pair of front or rear arms.

Yoshiyasu joins Nagashima at RC Xpress

Following RC Xpress’ announcement in April that they have acquired the services of international Japanese Touring Car driver Yugo Nagashima, the electric Touring Car manufacturer has announced that it has signed another top Japanese driver in Yanagisawa Yoshiyasu. A podium finisher in both the 1:12 World Championship, Yoshiyasu finished 2nd to Akio Sobue at the recent Japanese Touring Car National Championship. Racing their Execute QII touring car, RC Xpress is looking forward to him helping them developing the car to a higher level.

R1 Wurks AAFC Advanced Anti-Friction Coating

R1 Wurks has introduced its AAFC – Advanced Anti-Friction Coating. Apply coating to ball joints, hinge pins, steering bushings, gears and anywhere reduced friction is desired. R1 AAFC is a liquid formula that effortlessly evolves into a dry film coating upon application. This remarkable lubricant is precision-engineered to eliminate friction and reduce wear.
