Max Power have released new aluminium carburetor venturis for their line of .21 and .12 engines. Anodized orange and engraved with the size of the opening, the Italian company has released an 8, 8.5 and 9mm venturi for the .21 engine and a 5.4 and 5.5mm version for their .12 engines.

Racers Edge have released their new 1 degree rear toe in aluminium rear hubs to fit the Associated B4, B44, T4, and SC10. Designed after the stock B44 4wd buggy hubs but with a larger outside bearing for increased performance and bearing longevity, a setscrew holds the hingepin in place with access from the bottom, while four possible vertical ball stud locations allow for increased setup adjustments. Available in a hard anodized silver color, CNC machined for accuracy, and laser engraved with degrees and L or R for left or right sides.

LMI Racing in Germany have introduced their own pit box. Similar in appearance to others currently on the market, the LMI box is made of lightweight black anodized aluminium and has a special rubberized mount for a fuel gun and space for fuel bottle, screw drivers, fuel drum and much more. Sporting a flame design on the side, along with the LMI logo, it comes completely pre assembled.

Florida has always been one of the toughest places to race and home to some of the best drivers on the east coast. The Florida State Series has been in existence since 1992 and has always provided one of the most competitive fields of racers in the south east. JR Mitch continued his Florida winning ways in the 1/8th buggy and truck class in the FSORS 2009 series. With JConcepts providing the tires, bodies, wheels and accessories JR dominated from the start, winning the series from JConcepts team mates Nick Angelidas 2nd, JP Tirronen 3rd, Jason Ruona 4th and Nathan Wincek in 5th.
