Yokomo RO 1.0 Rookie Offroad 2WD Kit

Continuing its efforts to attract newcomers into the hobby, like with the GT1 release, World Championship winning manufacturer Yokomo has released the Rookie Offroad RO1.0. A 2WD racing buggy with an easy-to-assemble parts configuration based on a flexible, crash-resistant integrated resin main chassis, it is aimed at beginners looking to enter offroad for the first time. Since the basic structure is the same as the racing machine, it is possible to adapt to various driving conditions by changing the settings even when driving on a purpose built offroad track. The suspension and drive system parts are the same design as the top model and come pre-assembled, so by replacing them with lightweight carbon parts and highly accurate aluminium parts, it is a structure that can be finished as a high-end machine. Although it is a beginner-friendly model that emphasises stability, it is also attractive for its expandability that can meet expert-level driving.

LC Racing BHC-1 Carbon Shock Towers

LC Racing has released optional carbon fibre front and rear shock towers for their BHC-1 1:14 2WD Buggy. Replacing the kit plastic towers, this upgrade is stronger yet still lightweight and offers more precision shock mounting. Each tower is supplied with necessary fixings.

Based off their unique and versatile Deltagrid off-road car stand, this on-road version features the same premium build quality and serves as the ideal vehicle maintenance platform. It is compatible with almost all on-road vehicles in the 1:10 to 1:8 range. Carbon fibre tubes combined with Deltagrid structured aluminium frames provide incredible strength and low weight, industrial rubber o-rings keep your vehicle in place. Tested with loads up to 30 Kg, the Deltagrid TC car stand can take quite a beating and works well with heavier vehicles.

MXLR A800R ShockVac

MXLR has released the Awesomatix A800R ShockVac, a specially designed case which holds the newly designed Awesomatix dampers in upright position to suck the air out of the case/silicone oil by using one of the popular brand Air Removers. With the all new design of these dampers its very hard to put them into the case of a normal air remover. The solution is our super slim design ShockVac. Reliable and stable positioning to fit perfectly under the upper case of the Air Remover. The solid alloy case allows a deep and lasting vacuum which is key to get all the small air bubbles out of the complex A800R dampers. Additionally it’s very handy in size which means it doesn’t take as much space on your pit table while working and is easy to store it in your race bag. The ShockVac is machined from high quality black anodised aluminium with silver edges and laser engraved MX logo. It is important to note that the upper case, the rubber sealing and the vacuum pump itself is NOT included in this set and require the parts from the RIDE or the Tamiya Air Remover set.

RDRP B6.4 Heavy ESC Mounting Plate

Revolution Design has produced this Heavy ESC Mounting Plate which adds another balance adjustment option for the Team Associated B6.4 1:10 Buggy series. Weighing in 11 g more than the steel ESC weight, this brass plate shifts the weight bias to the front for increased corner speed and adding weight in the lowest possible position. For easy identification, the brass plate sports the RDRP logo and a 44g weight marking.
