XactRC IRx charge leads

XactRC’s new IRx charge lead is a 2-foot long 2S charge lead that is a must for those looking for low IR’s when charging. Using the highest quality bullets & plugs and high strand tinned copper wire that has the best performance over time compared to a bare copper wire that will degrade, it features a very flexible silicone tubing over the wire, black XH balance plug and a waterproof shrink wrapped balance plug for increased strength when plugging into your battery. It has been finished off with a black nylon mesh for each wire and centre of the lead which is finished off with their printed XactRC logo to hold it together. A great product to help you get the edge out of your batteries and will last to rigorous charging cycles. Available in two versions, one with 5mm & 4mm bullet connectors and one with 5mm bullets & XT60 plug.

JConcepts B6.2 front wing & 7″ carpet / astro wing

JConcepts have released two new wings for 1/10th scale offroad, with a new front wing specific to the B6.2 and a 7″ carpet / astro wing. JConcepts, together with their pro racing team of drivers, developed an additional high-performance, lower front wing. It features a high-attack design with trim-able rear gurney options. The wing attaches to the standard Team Associated front wing mount on the B6.2 which is mounted directly to the front shock tower. Cut lines are included for easy trimming while dimples are located on the wing itself to indicate where to mount to the wing on the vehicle. The leading centre section of the wing has been formed into a unique V-shape to perfectly flow and manoeuvre around the camber links and tower or front shocks.

Ruddog Racing RP542 brushless motors

Next in the competition-oriented line of Ruddog Racing products is the new RP542 range of high-performance brushless motors. After many hours of testing, research and development, many evolutionary steps have been made in many fields. Stack design has been revised to improve drivability, and a new high-precision sensor is used to increase performance and efficiency. The Ruddog design team has gone to lengths to lower operational temperature. Large openings in the housing lower the overall weight of the RP542 motors and ensure optimum airflow, while a ribbed stator collector ring is used to improve heat dissipation. Rotors are optimised for their respective field of application. Modified motors come with a 12.1 mm x 5 mm x 24.5 mm rotor, while stock motors are equipped with a 12.5 mm x 7.15 mm x25.8 mm rotor.

VP-Pro 120mm aluminium camber gauge

From VP-Pro is this new aluminium camber gauge for 1/8th offroad. Manufactured from billet aluminium material and machined to a high specification, it has been black anodised and finished with machined chamfers. The gauge can measure from -5 to +12 degrees for a complete range of camber adjustments with the arm of the gauge 120mm in height.

Sunpadow Platin 1S competition LiPo pack

Sunpadow announces the launch of this Platin series 3.7V 8000mAh pack which is an ultra-thin, low centre-of-gravity lithium battery for racing. Specially developed for the 1/12th modified class, which consists of 8-minute races, it features a large capacity, weighs just 159 grams and is 93 x 47 x 18.5mm. Excellent discharge capability ensures a stable voltage supply for racing, especially for the last one or two minutes of the race, where the voltage is usually very low, minimising the risk of any shutdown of your electronics, which is caused by excessive instantaneous voltage drop from the large current output in 1S applications.
