Power HD sign Christopher Krapp

Servo manufacturer Power HD has announced the signing of German driver Christopher Krapp to their team. This multi-time IFMAR World Championship finalist will use Power HD servos in his future onroad and offroad campaigns, including the ETS, EOS, European Championship, World Championship and more International and National events as well as assist Power HD in servo research and development. Christopher had the following to say:

I am happy to announce to represent the Power HD brand from now on. They have a series of first class products to support my racing in the onroad and offroad category. I want to thank especially Harma Ye for this opportunity and I can’t wait to use all their servos and help to make them even better.

Power HD R12 low-profile digital servo

Coming from Power HD is their new R12 low-profile digital servo for 1/10th electric applications. It features straight-line gears for 30 percent higher geardtrain efficiency, it is high voltage compatible and features an overall new design. The coreless motor servo is capable of pulling up to 12kg-cm of torque at as speed down to 0.06s, making it usable for 1/10th touring, off-road and pan car applications.

Power HD R6 1/12th pan car servo

Coming from Power HD is the new R6 servo for 1/12th pan cars. The high voltage compatible servo out of Power HD’s new R-series is usable with 4.8V to 8.4V input, it pulls up to 7.5kg-cm of torque at a speed of down to 0.08s and weighs in at only 28.5g. A coreless motor, dual ball bearings and a mixed copper and aluminium geardtrain makes it super tough even when the on-track actions gets severe.

Power HD servo gear grease

Coming from Power HD is a new servo gear grease. The specially formulated chemical offers up to 30 percent increased anti-wear performance compared to standard greases, for longer geartrain life and protection while also reducing operation noise. The lubricant comes in 5g portions and it is usable with all metal gear servos.

Jackie Shum joins Power HD

Power HD have announced the signing of Hongkong driver Jackie Shum to their factory team. Jackie will use Power HD servos in the coming season while also assisting with research and development of new products and he had the following to say:

I have tested Power HD servos and found that the performance of servos gave me great confidence, the average lap speed in the same conditions is faster than before, thanks to the opportunity from Power HD. In the future, I will try my best to promote Power HD to benefit more players.

Power HD sign Dominic Quek

Power HD have announced the signing of Singapore’s Dominic Quek to their team. The 15-years old scored podium finishes at the 2017 Reedy International Touring Car Race of Champions and also at the 2016 Asian Onroad Championships in Hong Kong and he is a regular A-main finalist in regional events. The reigning Singapore Electric Touring Cars National Champion had the following to say about the deal:

I am honored to join Power HD’s racing team and to feature their line of performance servos in my cars as I compete across the region. I am confident that Power HD’s products will help me to achieve my goals in my racing career.

Power HD black colour Storm-7 low-profile servo

Coming from Power HD is the new black colour Storm-7 low-profile servo. With a speed of down to 0.055s and a torque of up to 13kg-cm it offers the same specification as the old purple-cased servo with the new all-black colour making it better suited for vehicles that already offer a splash of colour. With its brushless motor and high-voltage compatibility it is ideal for the use in electric and nitro touring cars as well as electric buggies.

Nicholas Lee teams up with Power HD

Power HD have announced the signing of Singapore’s Nicholas Lee to their team. The Asian frontrunner will be using Power HD servos in his upcoming campaign, that will include appearances at all major races including the ETS, AOC, CETC and World Championships, while also assisting with research and development. Nicholas says:
