Alien Racing Legend 12.1 World Edition

To celebrate their successful participation at their first 1/12 World Championships back in July, Alien Racing have introduced the Legend 12.1 in a special and limited version called World Edition. Only 1 production batch will be done only for those who pre-order and delivery will be start at the beginning of October. The Legend W.E. has no links or T-bar which they claim provides the best performance and efficiency and the car is delivered with a lateral shock and an upper deck for damper installation.

Venom Medion Dual Output Charging station

Venom have released their all-new Medion Dual Output Charging station with integrated media player. Venom engineers listened to their Factory Team Pilots and they wanted music. So, they developed a rugged aluminium housed charger with a built-in media player featuring high definition 70mm drivers allowing you to pipe in your favorite tunes from your music player via a standard 1/8th inch stereo input. This charger features 400 watts of power via dual 200-watt circuits allowing for simultaneous charging of two batteries up to 10 amps each. The Medion also features a new IR-Mode™ internal resistance test which will test each cell individually and provides single cell and total pack resistance values so you can see the real-time condition of your LiPo and LiFe battery packs. All this technology is accessible through an easy-to-read red, backlit LCD display.

Ride “R-1 High Grip Compound” F1 tire

Ride just released the latest evolution of its Formula 1 tire. Unlike the successful “H-1” (medium compound) and “S-1” (Soft Compound) rubber formulas, the “R-1” recipe is based on the now famous Touring Car compound known as the “Re Series” as used during the latest Euro Touring Series season. The “R-1” rubber formula has been slightly adapted for F1 applications and the tire inner profile/belt design is entirely new. Long track test on both high and low bite conditions revealed stunning stability, amazing cornering ability in both tiny or open tracks and a great ease of driving. The “R-1” tire is available as a pair for Front and Rear including inner sponge but also available as pre-glued pairs on Tamiya F104 type front and rear wheels.

T.O.P. alloy bearing carrier B set

T.O.P. have released this alloy bearing carrier B set for their Rebel R-F01 & Formula 1 Car. The advantage of the alloy bearing carrier is for high speed racing. It improves heat dissipation from the bearings compared to the original plastic bearing carrier. The rigidity of the carrier also allows the elimination of the original adjuster tube for a lighter weight assembly.

Novarossi P8XLT .21 engine

To celebrate winning the French, British and European Championships, Racing Experience along with Novarossi are offering a new engine based on the world famous P5 XLT. This P8XLT is a long stroke 8 port engine based on the well known S21 crankcase. Main features include turbo combustion chamber with O Ring, a super strong R7 conrod, a 14.5mm shaft with upsized counterweight to increase low-end torque and the 8 port sleeve with 3 exhaust ports gives quicker acceleration. To top it off there is a 60mm lightened cooling head. This motor will come in at less than EUR200 and will be available in limited quantities across the Racing Experience territories including France, UK, Portugal and the French speaking part of Belgium.
