Italian company Hot Race Tyres have introduced a new sidewall design for their 1/8th buggy tyres. The updated design features a reinforced sidewall with the new structure greatly improving the tyre performance even in very hot ambient temperatures while reducing the tread wear at the same time. The update is a running change with the new tyres hitting stores this week.

Available now from TQ Wire is a 2S LiPo charge cable with strain relief. The premium 2S charging cable incorporates the standard features found in TQ Wire’s standard charge cables like 12 gauge wires, stepped bullets for both 4mm and 5mm batteries and a neat nylon cover. But the company now added molded strain reliefs with grippers for the battery side bullets and balance plug. This provides a more durable connection for the balance wires and easier removal of the bullets from the battery.
Yeah Racing have introduced their new line of black and golden hex drivers. All tools feature a black anodised handle with gold-coloured details and they are available with 3.0mm, 2.5mm, 2.0mm and 1.5mm tool tips to cover RC’s most used screw sizes. The marked tool tips are made high quality steel, however they are replaceable if needed.
Coming from T-Works and made for the Tekno RC NB48.4 buggy is a titanium turnbuckle set. Including a total of seven turnbuckles for the camber and steering links as well as a smaller one for the servo link, the set is made to replace the standard turnbuckles with high-quality 64 grade titanium links and it also includes 4mm and a 5mm turnbuckle wrenches.

Team Associated have re-released the RC10T competition truck, however probably not in the form many vintage fans are looking for. The new RC28T is a shrunk version of AE’s iconic, ROAR nationals winning, and pretty sought-after kit, with the palm-sized truck coming with everything needed in one box. The package includes a 2.4GHz 2-channel transmitter, and the 147mm long truck comes factory-assembled with an integrated receiver and speed controller unit, an integrated proportional servo and of course the a replica body shell with the classic RC10T livery.
Mugen have announced the soon release of their all-new MBX8 1/8th nitro buggy platform. The latest incarnation of Mugen’s ultra successful and popular MBX series buggy is meant to be more durable, faster, more efficient, easier to work on and also lighter than its predecessor, the World and European Championship winning MBX7. Reflex Racing have introduced two new 3-D-printed RSD option parts for the Team Associated TC7.1 touring car. First up is a suspension pill insert set meant to be used without pivot balls for reduced slop. The pills also incorporate a #4 position that allows to narrow or widen the car further. This is super valuable when using low amounts of inboard toe with ARS type rear ends to have a broader range of adjustment.
