Cavalieri & Numedahl join Raw Speed

Raw Speed have announced a partnership with 4-time IFMAR World Champion, Ryan Cavalieri and World Championship winning buggy designer, Kody Numedahl. After investing heavily in manufacturing technology in 2019 Raw Speed has recruited two of the most talented people in the RC world to take its products to the next level with many new 8th scale tyres slated for release along with several new bodies for both 10th and 8th scale bodies and a new generation of carpet tyres.

Raw Speed Assassin 1/8th buggy tyre

Available now from Raw Speed is their all-new Assassin 1/8th buggy tyre. Of a medium pin size design, the tyre utilise a new generation carcass that provides a smoother, more balanced feel on the track while also generating more consistent cornering over a longer time. The medium pin design will make for exceptional traction in a variety of conditions and the tyre is available in soft yellow, super soft green and soft double yellow long wear compounds and including closed cell inserts.

Raw Speed Radar 2.2” buggy rear tyre

Raw Speed have introduced their all-new Radar 2.2” buggy rear tyre. The directional, next generation indoor tyre is built on a completely redesigned carcass to create exceptional forward and side bite, predictable cornering and the tyre is offering increased tread density for improved durability. The tyre is available in soft, soft long wear, super soft and clay compounds including closed cell inserts.

Raw Speed Slick 1/8th Buggy tyre

Raw Speed have introduced their new Slick tread-less tyre for 1/8th scale buggies. Available now in Clay compound and also coming as Soft and Super Soft compounds very soon, the tyre is ideal for prepped high-grip clay tracks and indoor racing. The tyre comes as pair including suitable inserts.

RawSpeed RS-1 B6.1 buggy body shell

RawSpeed have introduced their all-new RS-1 body shell for the Team Associated B6.1 and B6.1D buggies. The lid features a smooth profile while keeping a low cab height and the upward sloping rear slipper cover will create more downforce and better guides the air flow over the rear wing for less drag and overall improved aerodynamics. The body comes clear and it is moulded from either standard or lightweight polycarbonate.

Raw Speed Incisor & RugBurn 1/10th buggy tyres

Raw Speed have introduced their all-new Incisor and RugBurn carpet tyres for 1/10th 2WD buggies. These specifically designed tyres utilise low-profile carcasses for an overall lower centre of gravity, a proper geometry and a very responsive performance. The Incisor is a narrow 2WD front tyre while the RugBurn is usable for both 2WD and 4WD rides. Both will be hitting stores very soon.

Raw Speed EB410 Prototype buggy body shell

Raw Speed have introduced their new Prototype body shell for the Tekno RC EB410 buggy. Offering a simplified design with a narrow and slightly forward mounted cab, the body leaves plenty of room for the electronics and ample space for huge sponsor stickers. The lid is made from high-quality polycarbonate and it comes clear, ready for your favourite paint job.

Raw Speed have released a first image of their forthcoming body shell for the Team Associated B6 buggy. A first for the company, the body sports a simple yet distinctive design with clean lines and a mid-cab design.
